A pair of golf courses opened their doors for business after much of the snow cover melted this week.

The Clarks Grove Golf Course and the Oak View Golf Course are open for the season in time for this weekend.

Last season, the temperatures were high enough to melt the snow earlier in the year, but this year, snow lingered with the low temperatures.

Some other golf course owners indicated they were shooting for next weekend as their opening date.

Temperatures this week are expected to be in the 40s and 50s, and golfers are hitting the links.
