The Austin Big Band will be performing as the kick off act for the Smithsonian Institutes traveling exhibit entitled “New Harmonies: Celebrating American Roots Music.” The band will be performing at the historic El Parral ballroom in Austin on Friday, March 11, beginning at 7 p.m.
