LE ROY — Authorities are investigating the death of an 11-month-old child in Fillmore County.

Sheriff’s deputies say the girl was found not breathing at a day care in Le Roy Tuesday. The child was taken by helicopter to Saint Marys Hospital where she later died. The cause of the baby’s death has not been determined.

Sheriff Daryl Jensen says there’s no sign of foul play.
