Man arrested for DWI and hit-and-run

Enrique Vargas-Martinez, 26, was arrested for a DWI after testing 0.14, according to Albert Lea police. The incident was at 12:35 a.m. Sunday near College Street in Albert Lea. He was also arrested for trying to flee after crashing into another vehicle and for not having a Minnesota driver’s license, according to police reports.
