A woman was reportedly injured Tuesday morning after a rear-end collision on East Main Street.

Liliana Garcia Gonzales was transported by ambulance to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea for injuries, according to police.

Reports stated Gonzales was a passenger in a 1997 Subaru Impreza driven by Gredil Orlando Vinsente Garcia, 27.

Garcia was stopped on East Main Street waiting to make a turn onto Sibley Street, when the vehicle was reportedly hit by a 2012 Chevy driven by Brian Thomas Negent, 23.

The crash took place at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday, according to police.
