Arrests abound at Harmony Park festival

Authorities responded to several calls at a music festival at Harmony Park on the western shore of Geneva Lake this weekend.

The music-and-camping venue hosted a festival called Festi di Bella Mente, which also goes by the name Bella Music Fest. It lasted Thursday through Sunday and featured more than 35 performing acts.

The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office responded to the address of 79503 298th St., Clarks Grove several times over the four days. Their reports indicated the following incidents:

• Christian Creed Bachman was cited at 8:43 p.m. Thursday for a small amount of an illegal substance, and Alison Haley Delk was cited for fifth-degree possession of mushrooms and was taken into custody, according to reports.

• Thomas Cavanaugh was arrested for fifth-degree possession of methamphetamine shortly after 1 p.m. Friday, according to reports.

• Arthur Alvin Dormsby fled on foot and was chased down, reports state. He was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance and with felony escape when contacted by authorities. His vehicle was taken to the courthouse and impounded. He was transported away from Harmony Park by ambulance. The report states the incident time was 9:31 p.m. Saturday.

• Jared Douglas Norgard was arrested for fifth-degree assault. The reports stated “subject was combative,” and he was transported to an emergency room by ambulance. He was detained by Harmony Park staff.

• A person called dispatchers at 5:12 p.m. Saturday and said “he felt like he was dying because he ate too many mushrooms,” according to reports.

• There was a report of a severe burn victim at Harmony Park. A Mayo helicopter transported the person away from the music venue.

• Andrew John Hanson was arrested for disorderly conduct at Harmony Park.

• Michael Dean Paddock was arrested fifth-degree assault at Harmony Park, and Allison Hailey Delk was arrested violation of conditions of release
