“And, lo, a huge, fiery orb appeared in the western sky last evening. I called out in surprise, for I knew it not, and called to my wife and she, too was surprised. As we cowered in fear, she recalled that this orb was called ‘the sun’ and that it was not something to be feared, but to be enjoyed. Oh how it warmed our skin for almost 5 whole minutes. It was marvelous.” — Owatonna resident Jason Kloskin, in a post on Facebook, commenting on a brief moment Tuesday evening when the sun shone on southern Minnesota after days of clouds and rain.
