AUSTIN — Local motorists won’t be able to drive onto Interstate 90 from the Oakland Place East exit for the first part of the week.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation is closing the eastbound Oakland Place to eastbound Interstate 90 entrance ramp from today through Wednesday. MnDOT workers will repair the concrete along eastbound I-90 during that time.

PCI Roads is the prime contractor for the $7.6 million project.
