1 injured in rollover
Joshua Maurice Flattum, 22, was transported by ambulance to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea after a vehicle rollover at 10:57 p.m. Friday at 85031 157th St., Glenville. Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office reports stated charges were pending after a blood draw.
Vehicles broken into over the weekend
A vehicle at 401 Winter Ave. was reported broken into at 10:20 a.m. Friday, according to Albert Lea police. Items were reported missing.
Three purses were reported stolen from a vehicle parked at 1513 Louis St. at 10:51 a.m. Sunday, according to police.
Items were reported stolen from a vehicle at 1411 Dunham St. at 1:26 p.m. Sunday, according to police.
Man reportedly flashes knife
Albert Lea police received a report of a woman walking her dog in front of a home at 615 Pillsbury Avenue who reportedly had a knife pulled on her by a man in his 20s.
The incident was reported at 6:15 p.m. Friday. The man, wearing a gray T-shirt, jeans and a baseball cap, was headed toward Hawthorne Elementary School carrying a fishing pole, according to reports.
Air conditioning unit damaged
An air conditioning unit at ISC Financial Advisors, 200 N. Broadway, was reported damaged at 10:40 a.m. Friday, according to police.
Man arrested for DWI
Albert Lea police arrested Alonzo Vasquez-Pastor for driving while intoxicated after receiving a suspicious person report at 2120 Consul St. at 2:52 a.m. Sunday. Police cited Julio Cesar Mendez, 19, for illegal consumption.
Money reported stolen
Money was reported stolen from a residence at 415 E. Fourth St. at 10:57 a.m. Friday, according to police.
Man arrested for burglary
Albert Lea police arrested Donicio Jeremiah Madrigal, 32, for fourth-degree burglary, criminal damage and disorderly conduct after receiving a report of a man trying to break into a garage.
Windows broken
Windows were reported smashed out of a car at 321 James Ave. at 2:15 p.m. Sunday, according to police.
Dog reported missing from car
A black chihuahua with a tan chest was reported missing from a car parked at the Wok ’N’ Roll, 2344 Hendrickson Road, at 5:53 p.m. Sunday, according to police.
