The Albert Lea-Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce and Riverland Community College congratulate the graduates of Leadership 2012-2013, a community-based leadership program for residents of Freeborn County. Leadership is a community program developed by the chamber and Riverland Community College training and development department. The purpose of the 11-month program is to identify and assist individuals who are interested in developing leadership skills and increasing their involvement in the community.
