Don’t give up on our younger generation yet. The other afternoon while in Walmart I picked up five items and pulled into the fast check out lane.

Ahead of me was a young lady with only one item on the apron. She turned and said let me help you with that. She proceeded to put my items on the apron.

She next moved ahead to get checked out. She told the cashier to put my items with hers and paid for all. I know my items came to over $17 so I was really surprised.

She turned to go and I said thank you very much and I then asked her for a little hug. She obliged me with a hug and a big smile.

She then said I reminded her of her grandpa and left.
