United South Central volleyball head coach Jolene Bute said it wasn’t a pretty win, but her squad got it done against Lake Crystal-Wellcome-Memorial Tuesday on the road with a 3-0 sweep.
The Rebels (2-0) defeated the Knights 26-24, 25-20, 25-18 in a slower-paced game.
Tayla Sunde went 20-for-21 serving and Danielle Koestler went 10-for-13.
Marielle Schultz recorded 28 assists and Kayla Stenzel led the team with 14 kills.
The Rebels take on Randolph Thursday at home.
