Deputies arrested Rick Jason Broitzman, 45, of rural Glenville, for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a reported crash east of 83341 150th St., Glenville, at 12:19 a.m. Sunday, according to the Sheriff’s Office. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Broitzman was driving eastbound on Freeborn County Road 13 in a 1997 Ford Aspire when he lost control of the car, went into the ditch and rolled. He was out of the vehicle when deputies arrived.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Cody James Sheetz, 24, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 65 south of Interstate 35 at 2:22 a.m. Sunday, according to reports.
