Corn dryer damaged by fire
The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office received a report Tuesday evening of a corn dryer on fire at 17709 890th Ave., in eastern Freeborn County.
Windows damaged
A rock was thrown through a window at 519 Prospect Ave., according to Albert Lea police. The report stated the incident was reported at 8:14 a.m. Tuesday.
A rock was thrown through the window of a truck topper at 417 S. Independence Ave. in Clarks Grove at 12:43 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.
A car window at 1316 Sheridan St. was reported shattered at 8:17 p.m. Estimated damage was $100.
Purse stolen
Albert Lea police received a report of a purse that was taken from an unlocked vehicle at 2314 Hendrickson Road at 9:51 p.m. Tuesday. The theft reportedly took place between 8 and 9 p.m.
