A six-week educational series, “Powerful Tools for Caregivers” will begin Tuesday at Mayo Clinic Heath System in the Health Reach meeting room, 1705 SE Broadway in Albert Lea. The classes will be from 2 to 3:30 p.m. and will be every Tuesday through Nov. 19.

The classes are designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a friend or relative. The Caregiver Helpbook, designed specifically for the classes, will be available to each participant.

The series is sponsored by Senior Resources’ family caregivers network with financial support from Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea.
