Dellas Root

Dellas “Del” Root, 84, of Mankato, died Sunday, March 6, 2011, at home. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Word of Life Free Lutheran Church. Visitation will be one hour before services at the church. Woodland Hills Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Gary Paul Lukes, 65, of Austin, died Thursday, March 10, 2011, at his home. Worlein Funeral Home in Austin is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.worlein.com.

Adrian Yokiel

Adrian Yokiel, 86, of Wells, died Thursday, March 10, 2011, at Immanuel St. Joseph Hospital in Mankato. Memorial mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Wells. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells and one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells is assisting the family with arrangements.

Beverly Ames

Beverly H. Ames, 84, of Austin, died Thursday March 10, at Our House Assisted Living. Arrangements are pending with Clasen-Jordan Mortuary.

Delphin Freund

Delphin John Freund, 77, of Austin, passed away Tuesday evening, March 8, at the Adams Healthcare Center. Service: A funeral mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday, March 12, at St. Edward’s Catholic Church. There will be a 6:30 p.m. wake service on Friday at Mayer Funeral Home where friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. and also one hour before the service at the church on Saturday. Memorials are preferred to St. Edward’s Catholic Church or the Adams Healthcare Center.
