The two men arrested Tuesday night in connection to a gas drive-off and chase in Freeborn County are slated to be charged in Freeborn County District Court today.

Bailey Ehren Mitchel, 18, of Albert Lea, was allegedly driving a stolen silver Pontiac during the chase and was arrested on 10 charges including fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and theft of a motor vehicle.

His passenger, Trouper Montgomery Gilbertson, 24, is facing charges tied to the chase and to an alleged armed burglary Sunday night on Commercial Street in Albert Lea.
