Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Patricia Ann Gregor for third-degree driving while intoxicated after dispatchers received a report at 2:56 a.m. today of a vehicle that was driving southbound in the northbound lanes of Interstate 35 near south of Albert Lea.
