Suspicious persons reported

A parent told Albert Lea police his daughter was chased by people in a silver vehicle Monday afternoon on Margaretha Avenue as the girl was walking home from Halverson Elementary School.

 

Woman cited for assault

Sherri Lynn Adams, 51, was cited for fourth-degree assault and criminal property damage during a probation check just before 1 a.m. Monday at 134 W. Williams St., according to Albert Lea police.

 

Woman arrested on local warrant

Mackenzie Jo Boone, 23, was arrested on a local warrant at 5:55 p.m. Saturday, according to Albert Lea police.

 

Man arrested

Cory Wayne Doyle, 21, was arrested just before 1 a.m. Saturday at 1119 S. Broadway for a probation violation.

 

Lawn mower reported stolen

A resident at 928 Fountain St. was reportedly sleeping and woke up to see a white pickup truck leaving with his lawn mower in the bed of the truck. The incident was reported to Albert Lea police at 3:49 p.m. Monday.
