They point out that despite Obama administration efforts to cut U.S. oil production, producers have succeeded in increasing production lowering the need for imported oil and lowering prices.

On Obamacare ,they point out that subsidized insurance rates have a cost attached to them. I think Democrats believe that those costs are just an increase to the national debt and our grandkids can worry about it later.
