The Albert Lea Transfer Station and Demolition Landfill will begin its winter hours Dec. 1 and continue through March 1.

Hours are from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays and Fridays and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays.

Services include household garbage disposal, demolition debris disposal, brush disposal, yard waste composting, electronics recycling, appliance recycling, used oil recycling, scrap metal recycling, cardboard/paper recycling and glass/can recycling.
