Freeborn County sheriff’s deputies arrested Joan Misael Apanco-Lino for driving while intoxicated after a Jeep reportedly rolled into the ditch on southbound Interstate 35 south of Albert Lea. The crash took place at 3 a.m. Saturday.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Thomas Michael Kasperek for DWI after receiving a report of a vehicle driving northbound in the southbound lanes of Interstate 35 at 4:10 a.m. Sunday.

Albert Lea police arrested Daniel John Hill, 40, for DWI after a traffic stop near the intersection of West Ninth Street and South Broadway at 12:18 a.m. Saturday.
