An employee at Pomp’s Tire Service, 2381 Crossroads Boulevard, was reportedly injured at 9:20 a.m. Friday after a tire reportedly exploded while he was working on it. He was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea. No other information was available as of press time.
