ST. PAUL  — A jury has acquitted a Little Canada man of criminal charges after he turned his camera on Ramsey County sheriff’s deputies and an ambulance crew.

Twenty-nine-year-old Andrew Henderson was at his apartment building in October 2012 as the deputy helped load a man into an ambulance. The deputy confiscated Henderson’s camera when Henderson would not identify himself and refused to stop taping.

Henderson was charged with misdemeanors of disorderly conduct and interfering with an ambulance crew. Henderson thought he would be exonerated by the video he shot, but when he got his camera back he said the recording was gone.
