Blood drive in Albert Lea surpasses goal

Sixty-eight units of blood were collected at the blood drive April 29 at Northbridge Mall, exceeding the goal by 20 units.
Six people earned gallon pins. Beverly Wessels of Albert Lea received a pin for one gallon; Craig Westrum, Rita Studer, Jane Loge and Jean Pestorious, all of Albert Lea, received pins for two gallons, and Tracy Skaar of Hayward received a pin for five gallons.
