Police responded to a call of a fight in the middle of the street at 12:19 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of East Fourth Street and Frank Avenue, according to reports.

Police cited Ivelise Milagros Padilla, 21, and Esperanza Beatrice Cardenas, 21, for fifth-degree assault and arrested Benjamin Alberto Padilla, 20, on a local warrant and under 21 consumption.
