Led by teacher Staci Busch in black and orange, third-graders from Hawthorne Elementary School walk down Bridge Avenue on Friday morning as part of Walkathon, a fundraiser for the parent-teacher organization. They soon were followed by second-graders. They stopped at the Petran House, Lakeview Park and Pioneer Park before ending with a celebration at the school that afternoon.
