A Samsung Galaxy phone was reported stolen from the skate park, 300 Johnson St., at 4:25 p.m. Thursday.

 

Man arrested after chase

Freeborn County sheriff’s deputies arrested Landon John Farr for felony fleeing authorities and fifth-degree possession after leading deputies on a chase at 9:01 p.m. Thursday. The Sheriff’s Office logs listed the intersection of Freeborn County Road 45 and 298th Street as the address. No other information was available as of press time.

 

Hit-and-run reported

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 8:39 a.m. Thursday at 1025 Plainview Lane. A mirror was reportedly broken off of a maroon Buick parked on the street.
