Those crazy United Methodists will be rockin’ and rollin’ again this year for Eddie Cochran weekend. The public is invited to join them at 9 a.m. June 15 for a unique service featuring sing-a-long tunes you’ll recognize from the ’50s, like “Summertime Blues” and “My Guy.” Root beer floats will be served following worship.

The United Methodist Church of Albert Lea is on Highway 69, across from Southwest Middle School. Blue jeans, poodle skirts and pony tails are optional.
