The Sons of Norway will have a celebration picnic at 6 p.m. Thursday at Pioneer Park in Albert Lea.

Attendees are asked to bring their own table setting, their own meat to grill and a dish to pass.

Paul Fornberg will provided music, and the committee is made up of Bev Wessels and Paul and Carol Fornberg.

The event will be canceled if it rains.
