Man cited for indecent exposure

Albert Lea police cited David Martin Johnson, 46, of Albert Lea for misdemeanor indecent exposure after the man was reportedly seen naked near the intersection of S.E. Broadway and Margaretha Avenue. Johnson was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea for observation. Police stated this is not the first time Johnson has had an indecent exposure incident. He reportedly told police he had been in a fight and lost his clothes.

 

3 arrested after search warrant 

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested three people on multiple felonies after conducting a search warrant at 8:38 p.m. Wednesday at 68602 140th St., Albert Lea. Reports state Athena Alizabeth Berg was arrested for possession of legend drugs and paraphernalia, Cahler Allan Matthies for fifth-degree possession and paraphernalia and William Michael Brobeck, no charges listed.

 

Docks, boats floating on lake

The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office received multiple reports of docks and pontoons floating in the middle of Fountain Lake Wednesday morning. The owners were contacted.

 

Wagon stolen

A wagon estimated at $3,600 was reported stolen at 3 a.m. today from 85954 145th St., Glenville.
