The Albert Lea Knights 12AA baseball team took second place at a tournament at Bloomington on May 17 and 18. The Knights lost 6-10 against Plymouth/Wayzata but rebounded with a 17-0 win over Bloomington, a 7-4 win against Chanhassen, a 6-3 win against Bloomington and a 15-3 win over Chanhassen.
