MINNEAPOLIS — Minneapolis police are investigating after a body was found following a dumpster fire.

Authorities said dispatchers received a call about the trash bin fire about 11:30 p.m. Thursday. Police were called to the scene a short time later because a body was found next to the dumpster.

The identity of the victim and circumstances were not immediately released.
