MINNEAPOLIS — Minnesota Timberwolves fans will get their first up-close look at Kevin Love in a Cleveland Cavaliers jersey Jan. 31.

The Timberwolves released their schedule Wednesday. The biggest game of the season will come when Love, LeBron James and the Cavs make their only visit. The Wolves are expected to complete a deal that sends Love to Cleveland for Andrew Wiggins, Anthony Bennett and a 2015 first-round draft pick Aug. 23 when Wiggins becomes eligible to be traded.

The Wolves will open the 2014-15 season at Memphis on Oct. 29, the first time they’ll have started on the road in 14 years. They opened at Houston to start the 2000-01 season.

The home opener will be against Detroit on Oct. 30. The Wolves wrap up April 15 against Oklahoma City.
