Rock thrown through window

A rock was reported thrown through a window of a house at 207 E. Seventh St. at 7:29 a.m. Wednesday, according to police. The incident reportedly took place a few days prior.
Copper pipe stolen
Thirty feet of copper pipe was reported stolen from the west side of Lou Rich, 505 W. Front St., at 1:14 p.m. Wednesday. The pipe had reportedly been left there Friday by Alliant Energy workers.
Boy shot with BB
A 13-year-old boy was reportedly shot in the left forearm with a BB gun at 9:19 p.m. Wednesday. According to police, the incident occurred after a boy and a friend were playing with BB rifles in the back yard of a residence.
The friend went to shoot a can, held by the boy, when he missed the can and hit the boy’s left arm. Police are calling the incident accidental.
The incident was reported by an official at the Albert Lea Medical Center emergency room. No other information was available.
