International opera singer Annalisa Hackett performs at First Lutheran Church today.

The Minnesota native resides in Arizona and has close to ties to Albert Lea.

The recital begins at 4:30 p.m.

“After years of being away she will come back this summer to sing in the same church her grandfather and great-grandfather helped build,” a press release states. “The program will consist of musical theater, operetta and spiritual numbers.”
