1 arrested for DWI

Albert Lea police arrested Bruce John Nash, 52, for third-degree driving while intoxicated at 1:14 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of East Main Street and St. Peter Avenue.

 

Window broken out at bar

A window was reported broken out of a window at 12:39 a.m. Thursday at Chubby’s Bar, 1119 S. Broadway. Matthew Lee Brooks, 31, is expected to be charged with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. He was taken to detox.

 

Man arrested on warrant

Albert Lea police arrested Kevin Roger Haroldson, 27, on a Mower County warrant at 9:29 a.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway.

 

Cigarettes reported stolen 

A man reportedly stole a carton of cigarettes at 3:07 p.m. Thursday at 901 W. Main St.
