4 arrested at Harmony Park

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested David Michael Pach, 26, for fifth-degree drug possession at 12:54 a.m. Saturday at Harmony Park, 79503 298th St., Clarks Grove.

Deputies arrested Edward James Hughes for illegal sale of prescription drugs and Jordan Edward Kajewski for fifth-degree drug possession at 2:25 a.m. Saturday.

Deputies cited Joshua Joe Smunk for disorderly conduct at 3:26 a.m. Saturday.

 

2 arrested for DWI

Albert Lea police arrested Luke William Clark, 33, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after police received a report of a man who drove a van up onto the grass near people at the Movie in the Park at the Edgewater Park bandshell.

Police arrested Cody Brian Knudsen, 24, for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 12:06 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Southeast Marshall Street and Charlotte Avenue in Albert Lea.

 

Thefts reported

Three pigs were reported stolen at 1:50 p.m. Saturday at 22853 680th Ave., west of Albert Lea. The theft reportedly happened the night prior.

Guns and money were reported stolen at 2:30 p.m. Saturday from 76709 240th St., north of Albert Lea.

The license plate on a trailer was reported stolen at 8:11 p.m. Friday at 901 S. Broadway, Albert Lea.

 

1 cited for underage drinking

Albert Lea police cited Cesar S. Gomez, 20, for underage drinking at 10:19 p.m. Sunday at 910 Frank Hall Drive.

 

1 cited for theft

Albert Lea police cited Tavis Robert Severtson, 20, for theft at 3:52 p.m. Friday from Kwik Trip, 906 W. Front St., Albert Lea.

 

Man arrested for domestic assault

Police arrested William Roger Harwick, 54, for domestic assault at 9:40 p.m. Friday at 405 E. Eighth St.

 

Hit-and-run reported

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 12:25 p.m. Saturday at 2400 Consul St. in Albert Lea.

 

Windshield damaged

A windshield was reported smashed out at 8:13 p.m. Saturday at 811 Plaza St. Damage was estimated at $300. The damage reportedly took place sometime between 5 and 7:30 p.m. that day.

 

Man arrested for urinating in public

Police arrested John Jeffrey Hinderscheid, 36, for urinating in public and disorderly conduct at 10:22 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of West Main Street and South Washington Avenue.
