MINNEAPOLIS — Police say two shootings that left one teen dead and two injured in north Minneapolis were related.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office on Wednesday identified the boy who died of multiple gunshot wounds as 17-year-old Jemario Langston. Police said he was fatally wounded in the first shooting on Tuesday, which happened four hours and seven blocks apart from the second shooting.

They said a 16-year-old was shot in the leg and taken to a hospital. A relative said the two teens were brothers.
