The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office received a report at 2:22 p.m. Thursday of tenants who had reportedly moved out and taken a microwave, washing machine and three dog kennels at 70994 325th St., Hartland.

Police cited Johnathon Jake Nibeck, 23 at 7:26 p.m. Thursday after a reported fight at 222 St. Mary Ave.

 

1 arrested for drug possession

Police arrested Vaughan Lee Smalley, 32, for fifth-degree possession and Anthony Michael Whelan, 32, on a warrant after a traffic stop at 6:08 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of West Clark Street and Minnesota Highway 13.

 

Vehicle fire reported

A vehicle fire was reported at 3:34 p.m. Wednesday on Interstate 90 east of Hayward. No other details were available as of press time.

 

Man arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Travis Lee Olson, 41, for domestic assault at 9:37 a.m. Thursday at 1327 Briarwood Drive.

 

Man found walking around nude

Albert Lea police arrested David Martin Johnson for disorderly conduct at 12:37 a.m. today after an officer reportedly saw Johnson walking around nude in the area.
