Items missing from cemetery garage

Items were reported missing at 12:18 p.m. Thursday from the maintenance garage of St. Theodore Catholic Cemetery, according to police.

 

Window broken out

A window was reported broken at 8:43 a.m. Thursday at 313 W. Main St.

 

Man arrested for DWI

Albert Lea police arrested David Anthony Roe, 24, for driving while intoxicated at 2 a.m. today at 1210 E. Main St.

 

Gas drive-off reported

Police received a report of a gas drive-off at 6:26 p.m. Thursday at 901 W. Main St. A black SUV reportedly left westbound on Main Street after taking $35 in gasoline.
