WELLS — Las Vegas is coming to town.

The Wells Area Chamber of Commerce will have a Vegas night Saturday at Wells Community Center. The annual banquet is the chamber’s largest fundraiser. There will be a social hour from 6 to 7 p.m. where attendees can enjoy a buffet with a variety of appetizers and sandwiches. A complimentary gift comes with each meal purchased, and there will be a cash bar available. Individual meal tickets are $12 each.

Music, games, raffles and both a silent and live auction will happen. Raffle prizes range from $250, $500 and $1,000 in cash along with 10 other cash prizes. Tickets are $35.

Some of the auction items that may be available are movie night baskets, tailgating items, gardening supplies, a homemade meal for six, sporting event and concert tickets and meat bundles.

A new deal being offered this year is an early bird drawing at $10 a ticket. Tickets had to be purchased by Oct. 15 to be in the drawing for $250 in cash.

There will also be a 50/50 cash prize drawing, where 50 percent of the 50/50 ticket sales will be awarded to the winner.
