The Retired Educators of Albert Lea will meet at noon Thursday for lunch at America’s Best Value Inn.  Danielle Elg, a long-time employee of the Veterans Association, will tell of the services of the VA and of the new clinic in Albert Lea.  In addition Joann Schwartz will talk briefly about Meals on the Go and their services for seniors.

The Retired Educators will again be  showing  their support for the fine work of the Salvation Army by bell ringing from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Dec. 11 inside Hy-Vee.  Sign up at the meeting or contact Berry for one-hour shifts.

A cash donation will be solicited at the meeting for the Albert Lea Education Foundation for teacher grants.
