The pressure of a 61-game winning streak dating back to Dec. 1, 2012 is no longer hovering over the NRHEG girls’ basketball team.

The Panthers lost their season opener 62-59 Tuesday at home against Waseca.

The Wagner twins led the Panthers. Maddie posted a team-high 17 points with three rebounds, three assists and two steals. Marnie added 10 points, five rebounds, an assist and a steal.
