Van stolen from garage

A white 1998 Dodge van was reported stolen out of a garage at 9:59 a.m. Monday at 24294 775th Ave., Albert Lea. The theft reportedly took place sometime overnight.

 

Gas drive-off reported

A gas drive-off was reported at 4:45 p.m. Monday at 309 E. Main St., Clarks Grove. The vehicle was described as a gold four-door car with a female driver. The theft was valued at $10.12.

 

Man arrested for DWI 

Police arrested Todd Allan Grosland, 50, for third-degree driving while intoxicated and driving after suspension after receiving a report of a drunken driver at 7:19 a.m. Tuesday at 609 E. Main St.

 

Items reported stolen

A cellphone was reported stolen from a vehicle parked at Herberger’s, 2440 Bridge Ave., at 8:41 a.m. Tuesday. The theft reportedly took place on Saturday.

A 50-year-old ceramic statue of two toadstools was reported stolen at 2:50 p.m. Monday at 1006 Belmont St

 

Residence broken into

A residence was reported broken into at 2:41 p.m. Tuesday at 1007 Gene Ave. Video games and a television were stolen.

 

Man arrested for trespassing

Police arrested Dontray Daryll Deshion Petrie, 25, at 7:53 p.m. Monday for trespassing from 701 S. Broadway.

 

2 cited for underage drinking 

Albert Lea police cited Tabitha Ann Caballero, 20, and Cheyenne Thomas Fuller, 18, for underage drinking at 10:46 p.m. Monday at 506 Bridge Ave.
