Albert Lea youth hockey teams compete with class

: The Albert Lea Squirt A youth hockey team was one of two teams from the Albert Lea Hockey Association that was presented with the Real Winning Team Award for outstanding sportsmanship during the Owatonna Youth Hockey Association’s tournament by the OYHA in partnership with Youth 1st, the city of Owatonna, Steele County, The Walser Foundation and Minnesota State University, Mankato. Event officials from the tournament voted for a team after each game based on conduct and sportsmanship shown by coaches, players and fans. — Provided
