Gun, other items stolen

A Remington 870 Wingmaster, $50 worth of quarters and other items were reported stolen at 6:40 p.m. Friday from 601 Giles Place.

A $400 stroller delivered to a residence at 527 W. Main St. was reported missing at 5:48 p.m. Friday, according to reports.

 

Man arrested for DWI

Albert Lea police arrested Jake Allen Nelson, 22, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and third-degree test refusal after a traffic stop at 1:28 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of East Main Street and East William Street.

 

Hit-and-run crashes reported

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 11:45 p.m. Thursday in the back parking lot of 1318 E. Main St. Estimated damage was $3,000.

Albert Lea police received a report at 1:32 p.m. Friday of a semi that had hit another parked semi and then left southbound on Interstate 35 from Love’s Travel Stop, 2751 E. Main St.

 

Damage reported to auto

Criminal damage to property was reported to a 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass at 3:25 p.m. Saturday at 504 1/2 Bridge Ave.

Albert Lea police arrested Thomas Ray Fuentez-Aase for disorderly conduct at 2:03 a.m. Sunday at 134 W. William St.

A burglary was reported at 11:01 p.m. Sunday at 2325 Margaretha Ave.

 

1 arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Christopher Andrew Charlson, 42, for domestic assault at 12:12 a.m. today at 721 Freeborn Ave.

 

Vehicle tampered with

The gas tank on a vehicle at 901 Luther Place was reported tampered with at 4:58 a.m. today, according to reports.

School bus stop arm violation reported

Police received a report that someone reportedly drove around a school bus stop arm at 4:35 p.m. Friday near the intersection of Fountain Street and Park Avenue.
