The United South Central Rebels softball team used a six-run second inning Thursday to beat Faribault Academies 12-2 in Faribault.

Ali Ramsley scattered four hits and allowed no runs in three innings for the Rebels (4-2, 4-0 Gopher) on the mound and recorded a team-high three RBIs.

Ramsley finished 3-for-3 at the plate, and Tayla Sunde went 3-for-3 with a triple and two RBIs.
The Rebels play again tonight against Blooming Prairie (6-0, 4-0) in Wells.
