Ashley Anderson, of Homer City, Penn., and Garrett Braund, of Alden, were married April 3, 2011, in Albert Lea. Bill Sturtz performed the double-ring ceremony.

Parents of the bride are Gary and Beth Anderson, of Homer City, Penn. Parents of the groom are the late Vern Braund, Tammy Ashton and Ben Dolsen, of Alden.

Ashley is a graduate of Homer City High School. Garrett is a graduate of Alden School.

Garrett is in the Army National Guard. Ashley is in the Army reserves.

A reception followed immediately at the groom’s parents’ house. The couple resides in Albert Lea.
