Two men cited for trespassing

Police cited Joshua Robert Ackerman and Michael Wayne Kunz with trespassing after receiving a call of two men on the roof of the Green Mill Restaurant & Bar at about 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, according to reports. The men were reportedly intoxicated and refused to come down from the roof. The Albert Lea Fire Department responded and assisted getting the men down, reports stated. Both men were taken to Fountain Lake Treatment Center.

Juvenile cited with minor consumption

Police cited a juvenile girl with minor consumption at 9:21 p.m. Tuesday at the Maytag Mega Load Laundry at 2320 Hendrickson Road after receiving a call of a girl who appeared to be intoxicated. Reports stated the girl was acting strange and swearing a lot in the laundromat. She was transported to Albert Lea Medical Center by ambulance and was tested at a .24 blood-alcohol content, according to reports.

Man cited for illegal burning

Police cited Eugene James Turner at 6:34 p.m. Tuesday for illegal burning at 805 Valley Ave. after receiving a call of someone burning their garbage.

Graffiti reported

Graffiti was reported on a house on the 400 block of Third Avenue in Glenville at 6:29 a.m. Monday, according to reports.

Crash reported

An injury traffic crash was reported near the intersection of Blake Avenue and Main Street at 10:53 a.m. Tuesday, according to reports.
